Ready for a scenic race?  Well these are the best ones out there to take you on a scenic trip through the woods at Pohick Bay or possibly even down to the shoreline at Belmont Bay through the scenic paved trails at Mason Neck State Park with our 10-Miler. No matter your running ability, remember, it’s just the beginning of a great running season!

Directions to Parking

Parking Lot is off of the main road into Pohick Bay about 50 yards from the Start/Finish Line for both races.

Timing

The race will be timed by Race Packet!

Packet Pickup

Pre-race meetings will begin around 7:15 near the Start/Finish Line. Plan to arrive NO LATER than 6:45-7:00am FOR THE 10-MILER. Plan to arrive around 8:00am for the 5K. Packet Pickup will be at Road Runner Sports on Saturday April 13th, from 2-6pm. Road Runner Sports is located at 1120 West Broad Street, Falls Church, VA 22046. Athletes are expected to pick up their packet at Road Runner Sports. If you cannot make it, let Travis Bishop know at [email protected]

Race Day Registration

There will be race day registration. Participants will need to arrive at 6:30am to get registered for the event. T-shirts sizes can not be guaranteed for race day registers. CASH OR CHECK ONLY (checks made out to Bishop’s Events).

Competitors

Ages 10 through 100 can compete in this event.

Awards

Awards categories determined closer to race day. Awards will be handed out after the race near the Start/Finish Line.

Refunds

*No Refunds after March 1, 2013
