Our training plans are custom-built for any runner. They are geared around your specific goals and your experience level. Let us put together a customized training package for you suited for your race goal. Our training plans range from 5ks to fulls and cost only $45.
We are offering $10 off any Bishop’s Events race in 2018 as part of our training packages. Below are the general questions we base our training plans off of for each individual runner:
- What’s your specific goal? Finish a half? Specific time you’re aiming for?
- When was the last race you did and what was your time?
- When do you want to accomplish your goal?
- Do you have any current or previous injuries?
- How many days a week do you run now? Do you spend any other days working out (lifting, biking, yoga, etc.)?
- Is Saturday or Sunday better for a long run?
- Do you have access to a track or treadmill?
- Over the past 3-4 weeks, how many miles are you running total during the week?
- Do you have any other races planned out to do before your goal?
