Training Plans

Our training plans are custom-built for any runner.  They are geared around your specific goals and your experience level.  Let us put together a customized training package for you suited for your race goal.  Our training plans range from 5ks to fulls and cost only $45.

We are offering $10 off any Bishop’s Events race in 2018 as part of our training packages.  Below are the general questions we base our training plans off of for each individual runner:

  1. What’s your specific goal? Finish a half? Specific time you’re aiming for?
  2. When was the last race you did and what was your time?
  3. When do you want to accomplish your goal?
  4. Do you have any current or previous injuries?
  5. How many days a week do you run now? Do you spend any other days working out (lifting, biking, yoga, etc.)?
  6. Is Saturday or Sunday better for a long run?
  7. Do you have access to a track or treadmill?
  8. Over the past 3-4 weeks, how many miles are you running total during the week?
  9. Do you have any other races planned out to do before your goal?
