Latest Update from Governor’s Order on 12/10 – While the order still states waves can still be up to 25, we will have waves closer to 10. More wave info will be sent on the night before the race. Please note specific check-in times for each event. Runners cannot check-in prior to their time. Limited t-shirts will be available for those who register within 12 days of the race. We encourage participants to bring their own water. Masks are expected during check-in, but are not expected during the actual race. We do recommend keeping them on you and make sure to maintain 6ft of social distancing whenever possible.
Points count towards 5k, 10k, & Back of the Pack Series. Points will also count towards the Fall Series. Find more info about the series here.
Finisher’s Medal, Technical (Drifit) Event Shirt, & A Chip Timed Event
Benefiting Dare2Tri. Dare2tri’s mission is to positively impact the lives of athletes with physical disabilities and visual impairments by developing their skills in paratriathlon, while inspiring the community at large. Dare2tri serves all ability levels of youth, adults, and injured service members who have a physical disability such as amputation, spinal cord injury, stroke, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, and those with visual impairments and blindness in the sport of Paratriathlon.
Enjoy the last race of the year with a scenic 5k/10k that will run alongside the Potomac River and check out the waterfalls post race. Race registration does not include the park entrance fee. Please check here for park pass specials (including military).
Walkers and strollers are welcome to attend this event.

5k – $25, until December 15 ($30)
10k – $40, until December 15 ($45)
T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before Dec 18. We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.

Race Day Registration
There will be race day registration. Participants will need to arrive around 45 minutes before the race to get registered for the event. T-shirts sizes can not be guaranteed for race day registers.
