This event is an in-person race and all waves will be under a 50-person limit. We will send more wave info out the day before the race, as needed. Limited t-shirts will be available for those who register within 12 days of the race. We encourage participants to bring their own water. Masks are expected during check-in, but are not expected during the actual race.  We do recommend keeping them on you and make sure to maintain 6ft of social distancing whenever possible.

Points count towards 5k (4-Miler), 10k (13k), & Back of the Pack Series.  Points will count towards the Fall Series. Find more info about the series here.

Come out and enjoy this scenic, flat 4-miler and 13k (8.08miles) in the heart of Georgetown near the Nation’s Capital.  Both events run on the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path.

Walkers and strollers are welcome to attend this event.

Now offering a virtual run option for those who cannot make it on race day.  You will receive a medal.

13k – 8am

4-Miler – 8:30am

 

Registration Fees

4-Miler – $30, until Sept 30 ($35)

13k – $45, until Sept 30 ($50)

T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before October 7.  We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.

There will NOT be race day registration.  The park service does not allow it.
