Turkey Trot rules, regulations and services
Registration fees are non-transferable & non-refundable. An entry can only be used for the person registered for that entry. Entries cannot be deferred to the following year or a future event. If the event is cancelled due to weather, credits and gift cards for the value of registration will be issued.
Parking: Please park across Madison Road at Meadowbrook Shopping Center or in the lot adjacent to PWC at Mulberry Commons. The PWC parking lot will be closed to vehicles.
Strollers: For everyone’s safety, we ask that all participants with strollers line up at the back of the race group.
Pets: NO pets are allowed.
Timing and results: The timing for this event will be shown at the finish line. Individual participants’ race times will be provided by Bishops Events.
Awards: Awards given to top male and female of each age group and top 3 females and top 3 males overall
Hydration: There will be a water station at the dead end of Stoneybrook.
Refreshments: Complimentary bagels, fruit and water will be available after the race.
Shirts: Adult and youth sizes will be available. Race shirts are guaranteed for early bird registrations; available as supplies last for other registrants.
