This race benefits Cooking Autism, Inc.; a non-profit organization whose mission is to supply life-skills and cooking classes to special education classrooms around the Greater Fredericksburg area… because every child deserves the very best opportunities of growth, and every teacher deserves the support to help them reach their goals!
Come race towards autism awareness, acceptance, and inclusion All races will begin at Old Mill Park and will run down the Rappahannock River Canal Path in historic Fredericksburg. This race will include live music on the race path! Following the start of the race there will be a family festival with a bounce house and slide, DJ music, games, vendors, specialty cars, children swings, food trucks, service dogs, face painters, and much more! There will be family fun for all ages and abilities.
Vendors will include: Paragon Autism Services, Stafford Early Autism Services, Affordable Automotive Repair (Look for the autism themed smart car), Spectrum Autism Services, CPB Behavioral Therapy and Advocacy, Fusion Rehab and Wellness, Compass Counseling, Fauquier’s Finest Butcher, Alliance ABA, and Pohanka Nissan of Fredericksburg
Walkers, wheelchairs, strollers are welcomed! Note for those with wheels; The festival will take place on a grassy field.
Now offering a virtual run option for those who cannot make it on race day. You will receive a medal.

10k – 7:30am
5k – 7:45am
1-Miler – 9am
Family Festival Begins at 8:00AM
Kids 1-Miler – $15 (Cotton T-Shirts)
5k – $25, until March 15 ($30)
10k – $40, until March 15 ($45)
T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before March 22. We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.

At the event (one hour before the race starts).
Race Day Registration
There will be race day registration. Participants will need to arrive around 45 minutes before the race to get registered for the event. T-shirts sizes can not be guaranteed for race day registers.
Directions to Parking
The race starts and ends in Old Mill Park (2410 Caroline Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401). Parking is within the park.
