Make-A-Wish® Mid-Atlantic receives 25% of the profits generated from the events.

Tired of the same old 5k & 10k runs? Well try these 2 races out! You start out going up about 200 feet over the first 1.5 miles past the scenic Occoquan River and once you hit the halfway mark for the 5k course, you turn around and run down that once-challenging hill! And for the 10k competitors, once you get back to the S/F line, you get to take on that challenging hill again to prove you’ve been training! You’ll enjoy racing against the clock, your friends, your family, or just your will!

Now offering a virtual run option for those who cannot make it on race day.  You will receive a medal and have an option to buy an event shirt as well.

Race Start Times

10k – 8am

5k – 9am

Registration Fees

5k – $25, until August 31 ($30)

10k – $40, until August 31 ($45)

T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before September 30.  We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.
