THE PARADISE SPRINGS/HEMLOCK OVERLOOK PARK COURSE

The course has been GPS measured for
a 5K & 10K distance.

This is a technical trail route that goes through Hemlock Overlook Park and down by the river. There are some big elevation changes and there’s a very technical section of rocks that will slow all runners down. The 10k is two laps of the 5k route. Check the course map to see the elevation gain.
