THE POHICK BAY REGIONAL PARK COURSE
The course has been GPS measured for
a 5K, 10K & Half Marathon distance.
This is a forest trail run that is mostly a dirt path with some considerable inclines. Check the course map for elevation gain as the 5k is out-and-back once, and the 10k is two laps of the 5k.
