This race won’t count towards any series, but runners will get credit for a lifetime event.
Come enjoy this paved, flat course at Caboose Brewery! We will not have medals for this event.
Walkers and strollers are welcome to attend this event.

No awards will be given for this race.
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup is available at the event. We recommend arriving one hour before your event start time to check-in.
Race Day Registration
There will be no on-site race registration for this race.
Water Stations
Water stations will be along the 5k course at approximately miles 1 and mile 2.
Restrooms
Restrooms can be located in Caboose Brewery and there will be a port-a-john near the start/finish. There are also public facilities near the parking approximately ¼ mile from the race start.
Volunteers
Volunteers should arrive approximately 60 minutes before the first race kicks off. We will assign volunteer tasks on race day (water station, course marshals, finish line support, etc). You can find parking information under “Directions to Parking” with a latitude and longitude pin for where to meet.
Weather Policy
Weekly weather reports are posted on the Thursday before race weekends on our Facebook page by Chad Merrill with the Hagerstown Almanack. Race officials may delay, change or postpone the event due to weather conditions. All registered runners will be notified via email of any changes. In most cases, a decision is not made until the night before the race, and a decision could come as late as the morning of the event.

There is no parking available at the race start/finish.
Parking is available at Centennial Park in Vienna, VA, about ¼ mile from the race start. Street parking is also available in this area.
