THE STONE BREWING / VA CAPITOL TRAIL COURSE

a 5K & 10K distance.
This is a paved, flat course with water available along the route at the 5k and 10k turnaround points (1.55 miles, 3.1 miles, 4.56 miles, and 6.2 miles). The 10k is two laps of the 5k out-and-back route.
