THE SWEET RUN STATE PARK COURSE

The course has been GPS measured for
a 5K and 10k distance.

This is a technical forest trail with steep inclines, roots, and rocks. Water is available at the 5k turnaround (1.55 miles) and the Start/Finish line for the 5k and at miles 1.55, 3.1, and 4.65 on the 10k course. Restrooms are available onsite.
