THE JAMES MONROE HIGH SCHOOL COURSE
The course has been GPS measured for
a 5K & 10K distance.
This is a paved fairly flat route starting at the high school and working over to the Canal Path in Fredericksburg. The 5k is out-and-back and the 10k does the route twice. There is only one noticeable hill at the turnaround point. Check the elevation gain on the course map for more info.
